Class rooms, seminar rooms, and the auditorium at Rosenstiel School are equipped with modern audiovisual [AV] equipment that can interface with most standard formats.
Contact the Rosenstiel School Graduate Student Office well in advance of your event to schedule use of these facilities. Rooms are often booked for a reoccuring event at the beginning of the semester and other facilities are claimed months before the event.
The help staff at RCF can help with setup before official UM events. Contact them a couple of weeks before your event to schedule a meeting during normal business hours to test your equipment and familiarize your presenters with the hardware.
